Before you send traffic

We approve your sources and creatives before any traffic is sent. If you add a source you didn't tell us about, or change an approved creative without re-submitting it, we'll end the partnership.

Add each company that sends or generates traffic for you, with its landing pages and the creatives it runs. In-house only? Add your own company. Any source not listed here can't run traffic for Persistent Policies.

Marketing Partner Participation Guidelines

  • •No false, misleading, or deceptive claims, and nothing implying government affiliation or endorsement (Medicare, ACA / Marketplace, CMS, SSA, or “free money / free benefits” framing). All eligibility and benefit claims must be accurate and substantiated.
  • •Disclose every traffic source up front and get approval before sending traffic. Incentivized traffic, co-registration, and undisclosed media buyers, sub-affiliates, or third-party publishers are prohibited.
  • •Every ad creative, pre-lander, and landing page must be submitted and approved before it goes live.
  • •Any material change to an approved creative or landing page must be re-submitted for approval before use.
  • •All outbound contact must comply with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and federal/state Do-Not-Call rules, with valid prior express written consent where required. Retain and provide consent proof (e.g., TrustedForm / Jornaya) on request.
  • •Scrub every contact against our suppression lists before contact, and honor opt-out and suppression requests promptly.
  • •Violations, including undisclosed sources or swapping approved creatives without re-approval, may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and PP may offset amounts you owe under this Agreement against amounts PP owes you under any separate agreement.
