Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Indoor Boys LLC, doing business as Persistent Policies ("PP," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with this partner portal, phs.persistentpolicies.com, including the marketing partner application, the partner dashboard, and the suppression and eligibility API. The corporate website persistentpolicies.com has its own, separate privacy policy.

Information we collect

•Application information. Business details you submit when applying: legal company name, DBA, business address, website, traffic sources and their landing pages, uploaded ad creatives, your point of contact's name, email, and phone, and the signer's name and title.

•Electronic signature record. When you sign the marketing partner agreement we record your drawn signature, the agreement text you signed, and a signing audit trail: timestamp, IP address, and browser user agent, as contemplated by the federal ESIGN Act and UETA.

•Payment information. Card and bank account details are collected directly by our payment processor, Stripe, inside their secure payment form. Full card or bank numbers never reach our servers. We store only Stripe's identifiers, a display label (for example the card brand and last four digits), and billing history.

•API usage. Phone numbers submitted to the suppression and eligibility API are processed to return an eligibility result and recorded in per-key usage records used for billing and audit. Suppression list entries uploaded by partners are stored until removed.

•Portal accounts. Partner login email addresses, assigned roles, and security logs for the dashboard.

How we use it

To review applications, execute and keep records of the marketing partner agreement, provide and secure the portal and API, calculate and collect usage-based fees, comply with telemarketing and do-not-call laws, and communicate with you about the service.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that operate this system: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), and our transactional email provider; and where required by law or to enforce our agreements. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Applications, executed agreements, signing records, and billing records are retained for ordinary business and legal record-keeping. Suppression list entries remain until the managing partner removes them. Usage records are retained for billing and audit purposes.

Your choices

To access, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided, contact us at the address below. Note that we may need to retain signed agreements and billing records where the law or our legitimate business interests require it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the portal changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
