Terms of Use

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of this partner portal, phs.persistentpolicies.com, operated by Indoor Boys LLC, doing business as Persistent Policies ("PP," "we," "us"), including the marketing partner application, the partner dashboard, and the suppression and eligibility API. By using the portal, you agree to them.

Your agreement governs

Access to our services is governed by the Marketing Partner Agreement you sign when applying (including the Marketing Partner Participation Guidelines). If these site terms conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

API access and keys

API credentials are issued on approval and remain our property. Keep them confidential; you are responsible for activity under your keys. Do not share, resell, or use the API on behalf of parties not covered by your agreement. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access for breach of these terms or your agreement, for suspected abuse, or for non-payment.

Fees

API usage is billed at the rates disclosed to you at application or in your agreement, charged automatically to the payment method on file. Usage already incurred remains billable after cancellation.

Acceptable use

Use the portal and API for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for your own compliance with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and federal and state do-not-call laws; an eligibility result from our API is an input to your compliance process, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. Do not disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the portal or its infrastructure.

Data

Information submitted through the portal and API is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The portal and API are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them accurate and available but do not promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal or API. Any liability terms in your signed agreement control for the services it covers.

Changes

We may update these terms as the portal changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use means you accept the current version.
